Delivery
There are two ways of purchasing our cards - Call Cards and/or Online Cards. When you choose first option your card will be send within 24 hours from order time, and delivered to your postal address. If you choose Online Card option, after transaction confrmation a Pin numbers and access numbers are delivered by email.
If you have not received your Online Card pin numbers within 24 hours contact administrator. For this you will need, your payment receipt sent to you by email.
Usage Instructions
To make a call using purchased card simply follow 5 steps:
If you want the entire cost of the phone call to come off your phone card you need to use the Free Phone access number. No charge will be made to the landline phone. For usage call card on other type of access numbers you will be billed on the rates of you provider. Dialing from a mobile
All access numbers are charged by your mobile phone provider. Refund Policies You have the right to cancel an order up to 14 days after your purchase. If however you chose to use your phone card you lose this right. Refunds may only be made where a product does not work correctly and the telecom company providing the service is unable to correct the fault. We reserve the right to provide you with a replacement and to charge you for any calls prior to the fault developing.
